Directions

  1. Mix cucumbers, onions, salt and garlic. Cover with ice and let set 3 hrs. Drain.
  2. Combine cucumbers with vinegar, sugar and spices. Heat to boiling. Pack in pints while warm. Put them in the canner, return to boil then start timing 10 min for qts, 5 min for pints. Makes 4-6 pints.
