Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 large vidalia onion (about 2 cups vertical slices)
- 6 Tablespoons crumbly blue cheese
- Burger:
- 1 pound Certified Angus Beef® brand (I use 80/20)
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional ingredients: Lettuce, tomato
- Hamburger buns
