Bourbon Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. bourbon
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. vinegar, red
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Mix and let stand several hrs.
- Can be used as marinade or possibly basting sauce.
- Makes about 2 c..
