Ingredients
- 4 x potatoes quartered
- 2 x carrots cut 3" pcs
- 2 x celery stalks cut 1" pcs
- 4 lb rolled roast - (to 5 lbs)
- 1 x bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 4 ounce bourbon
- 1/4 c. water
Directions
- Put all in crockpot in the order listed. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hrs.
