- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Brandy -I used Cointreau
