Boned Leg Of Lamb On Grill

Ingredients

  • 5-6 pound boned and butterflied leg of lamb
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoon dry parsley

Directions

  1. Mix lowfat sour cream and rest of ingredients. Rub mix on both sides of lamb. Place on cookie sheet. Cover loosely. Chill 4 hrs. Bring to room temperature 1 hour before cooking. Grill about 4 inches from white warm coals, 20 min on each side. Let stand 10 min before carving. Serves 8.
