People love our cole slaw either on our W. Virginia slaw dog or just by itself. This is an easy recipie you can make in just a few minutes.

  1. 1. Put the pineapples and carrot into a food processor and pulse
  2. until finely mixed.
  3. 2. Stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar,sugar, and celery seeds
  4. in a large bowl .
  5. 3. Add the cabbage and the pineapple-carrot mixture, and toss
  6. until evenly coated, add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 4. This slaw is best if made several hours or the day before so the
  8. Ingredients can blend. Keep covered in refrigerator until ready
  9. to serve.
