Ingredients
2 pound sirloin steak, sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 c. soy sauce (1/3-1/2 c.)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. sesame oil
2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
2-3 green onions, minced
Directions
Add in all ingredients and marinate the meat for 2-4 hrs. Best if grilled, but pan is okay too. Can use 2 to 3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced in 1/2 too, instead of sirloin.
