Ingredients

  • 2 pound sirloin steak, sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce (1/3-1/2 c.)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2-3 green onions, minced

Directions

  1. Add in all ingredients and marinate the meat for 2-4 hrs. Best if grilled, but pan is okay too. Can use 2 to 3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced in 1/2 too, instead of sirloin.
