Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil, or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 8 ounce Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. Sliced shiitake, or possibly other mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. Sliced bok choy, with leaves
  • 4 ounce Water chestnuts, liquid removed and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp. Lite soy sauce

Directions

  1. Add in oil to a large skillet or possibly wok over medium-high heat and cook garlic 1 minute.
  2. Add in pork, stirring constantly, and cook 3 to 5 min. Add in mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add in bok choy and water chestnuts and cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 min.
  3. Add in soy sauce; toss to coat.
