Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1 slice bread
- 3/4 c. fine minced onion
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon warm sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 quarts. boiling water

Boiled Meatballs
Servings: 4
Directions
- Combine grnd beef, egg, onion, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, warm sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Soak bread in lowfat milk; mix well. Bring water to boil; make meatballs about the size of a large lemon. Roll in flour and place in boiling water. Boil for 13 min and remove. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
