Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd chuck
  • 1 x Yellow onion medium diced
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 can Carrots with juice
  • 1 can Peas with juice
  • 1 can Tomato wedges with juice
  • 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables, (western style/country style)
  • 3 x Potatoes, up to 5, sliced
  • 2 x Bay leaves

Directions

  1. Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste. After the meat is browned, add in other ingredients bring to boil for 30 min. Turn down and cook on low for 1 1/2 hrs. Simmer for 30 min.
