Blueberry Lemon Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. water plus
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon peel grated
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 3 c. bread flour Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp active dry yeast Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast
- 1/3 c. dry blueberries or possibly currants
Directions
- Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Select Sweet or possibly Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust setting.
- Push start.
- Use of a delay timer is okay.
- Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
