Ingredients

  • 1 lrg box (6 ounce.) Raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 lrg can (15 ounce.) undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) Blueberry pie filling
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add in pineapple and pie-filling. Reserving 1/4 c. of Jell-O mix in separate bowl, put majority of Jell-O in a large decorative bowl and refrigerateboth till it sets up. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and lowfat sour cream. Layer on top of Jell-O in big bowl and top with reserved 1/4 c. of Jell-O mix in center of cream mix.
  2. Chill.
