  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (7 oz.) marshmallow crème
  • 1 (21 oz.) blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar and salt together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice & marshmallow crème until mixed well.
  5. Spread over crust.
  6. Pour blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Topping: Spread cool whip over blueberries. Sprinkle graham crackers crumbs over cool whip layer.
  8. Decorate.
