Ingredients

  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Shortening
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 c. Fresh or possibly frzn, (thawed) blueberries
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Butter - softened

Directions

  1. Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x9x2 pan, or possibly use a round pan 9x1x1/2. Blend flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt, shortening, lowfat milk and egg. Beat for 30 seconds with mixer. Carefully stir in blueberries. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle with combined crumb topping. Bake 45-50 min till golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
