Ingredients

  • 4 x Tenderloin steaks -- 1" Thick
  • 2 tsp Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Cream cheese -- softened
  • 1 dsh White pepper
  • 4 tsp Blue cheese -- crumbled
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove -- halved
  • 4 tsp Plain yogurt -- low-fat if
  • 1/2 tsp Salt -- divided Desired
  • 2 tsp Parsley -- minced

Directions

  1. Preparation Time: 22 min Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper; reserve. Rub each side of the steaks with garlic. Place the steaks on a rack in the broiler pan so the surface of the meat is 2 to 3 inches from th heat. Broil t to 6 min. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt. Turn and broil 3 to 4 min. Season with remaining salt. to- each steak with an equal amount of reserved cheese mix. Broil an additional 1 to 2 min. Garnish with parsley. Serving suggestions: Steamed green beans with fresh lemon
