Directions

  1. In small mixing bowl combine beef, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, chili pwdr and pepper, mixing well. Divide mix into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1/4" thick. Onto center of each of 2 patties arrange 1/2 oz cheese, then top each with remaining patty, firmly pressing edges of patties together to seal.
