Blue Cheese Dip/Spread Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 oz. blue cheese or gorgonzola, crumbled
- 1 1/2 tbs. chopped scallions
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine ingredients and refrigerate several hours before serving.
