Bleu Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. fine chopped mushroom stems
  • 1/4 c. fine minced green onion
  • 2 tsp margarine
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 pkt bleu cheese salad dressing mix
  • 2 tsp lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Select large, hard mushrooms w/underside still tightly closed.
  2. Wash in cool water and dry. Carefully remove stems and reserve.
  3. Saute/fry mushroom stems and onions in margarine 5 minutes. Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and lowfat milk. Fold in onion mix. Fill prepared caps.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes. at 350 deg.
