  • 1 c. lowfat milk (1/3 c. non fat dry lowfat milk & 1 c. water)
  • 1 c. uncooked whole wheat
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. honey or possibly sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Put lowfat milk and wheat in blender. Blend on highest speed for four or possibly five min or possibly till batter is smooth. Add in and blend on low the Large eggs, oil, baking pwdr, honey and salt. Bake on warm griddle. Makes 6 to 8 pancakes.
