Blender Impossible Coconut Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 7 ounce. pkg. coconut
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in blender. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Will make own crust.
