Blackberry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. fresh or possibly frzn blackberries
- 1-3 T sugar
- Ice cubes
Directions
- Place in blender, cover, start on puree speed then push blend speed till smooth and ice is dissolved.
