Ingredients
- 4 c. Fresh blackberries
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 c. Packaged Biscuit Mix
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar

Blackberry Cobbler Iii
Servings: 6
Directions
- Description: Butter an 8x8 baking pan. Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Dot with butter.
- Mix buscuit mix, 2 tbls. sugar and lowfat milk or possibly water. Pour over fruit mix.
- Top with 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Bake at 425 F uncovered for 40 min or possibly till golden.
