Black Chocolate Cake Frosting Recipe

- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. Water Salt, healthy pinch
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat. Beat with electric mixer 4 min. Spread on cold cake.
