Best Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 med. potatoes
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 sm. onion, minced or possibly 3 tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 heaping tbsp. mustard
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip dressing

Directions

  1. Peel and cut up potatoes. Add in salt and cook. Boil Large eggs, cold and peel. When potatoes and Large eggs are cooked, drain potatoes. Mix with relish, diced Large eggs, seasonings, dressing, oil and mustard. (May sprinkle top of salad with parsley flakes.) Serve hot or possibly cool. Serves about 10.
