Directions

  1. Warm beer to 85-95F
  2. Add yeast, stir and set aside
  3. Combine Remaining ingredients in Mixer and stir
  4. Add yeast and beer
  5. Knead with Mixer for 10 minutes until soft and smooth
  6. Cover with hot damp towel and let rise for 1.5 hrs or double in size
  7. Cut dough in half and roll out on counter (covered with a little veg. oil)
  8. Place on baking sheet
  9. Top with toppings of your choice
  10. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes
  11. Repeat with second dough or you can place in freezer for later
