  1. Heat chocolate & butter over warm water. Cold slightly. Beat Large eggs till foamy. Gradually add in sugar, beating well after each addition. Blend in chocolate mix. Stir in flour; add in vanilla & nuts. Spread in greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 40 min at 325. Cold.
  2. Yields 30 brownies.
