Ingredients
- 1/2 quart Prince pizza sauce
- 1 can (12-ounce) tomato paste
- 1 dsh Burgundy wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 med Minced onion
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Oil

Directions
- Saute/fry 1 medium minced onion and 1 clove garlic, chopped in 2 Tbsp. oil till limp. Add in: Simmer slowly, stir occasionally for 1 hour.
- Makesenough for 2 large pizzas
