Best Ever Oven Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. veg. oil
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dry marjoram (optional)
- 6 chicken pcs
Directions
- Place oil and butter in a shallow cooking pan and put in a preheated 375 degree oven to heat. Set aside. In a larger paper sack, combine the flour and seasonings. Roll the chicken pcs in the melted oil-butter mix, then drop them in the sack and shake to cover. Place chicken in the pan, skin side down. Bake for 45 min. Turn pcs over and bake 5 - 10 min longer or possibly till the top crust begins to bubble. If you can afford the calories, the pan drippings make an absolutely divine gravy.
