Benihana's Salad Dressing (Vegan) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Minced ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. Minced celery
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 dsh Salt and pepper
Directions
- The chef at benihana's san fransisco gave me a xerox of his secret recipe book for my birthday so, here is the real one-and-only behinana's ginger dressing straight from the guys in charge.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and process till smooth.
- Makes 6 servings.
