Dosas make up for a great breakfast or mid-day snack and a favourite with Indians. They are easy to make and quite filling as well. If you add vegetables to the batter, it becomes all the more healthier. Beetroot dosa is another healthy dosa made with beetroot and a different version of dosa recipe. I feel it is a good way to include vegetables in our day-to-day diet. Beetroot dosa is a iron and calcium rich dosa which is not only healthy but also colourful dosa, which the kids would love to eat.
