Beer Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Medium Cheddar block cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 TBSPS Worcestershire
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 oz. beer
- Crackers for serving
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse the cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, dry mustard and cayenne until cheese is finely shredded and the seasonings are incorporated. With food processor running slowly add the beer until smooth. Let sit overnight before serving with Crackers.
