Beer Batter Fish Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Dash nutmeg, optional
- 1 c. beer
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Blend in beer and vegetable oil till smooth. Dip fish in batter and deep fry.
