Ingredients
- 16 ounces ground beef
- one teaspoon cumin
- one teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 onion finely diced
- one teaspoon garlic powder
- one teaspoon chili powder
- one jalapeno pepper (remove stem, seeds) diced finely
- few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 12 ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 10 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- tortilla chips, to garnish

Beef Tortilla Soup/Stew
Time: 8 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- In a frying pan or skillet add ground beef, onion, all spices and saute and brown meat, drain, add tomatoes and chiles, tomato sauce and cover the skillet and cook on medium heat 20 minutes, stir during cooking time.
- Serve in bowls, garnish with cheese and tortilla chips
