Ingredients
- 1 pound beef tips
- 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can beef broth
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 potatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1/2 bell pepper, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- Adolph's meat tenderizer
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
- A little water, if needed

Beef Tip Crock Pot Stew

Directions
- Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook for 5 or possibly 6 hrs on low, or possibly longer if needed. Serve over split corn muffins.
