  • Beef (100g)
  • Parmesan cheese, sliced (30g)
  • Rocket
  • Vincotto sauce or Balsamic Sauce
  • Olive Oil (Q.B.)
  • Sale (Q.B.)
  • Black pepper (Q.B.)

Beef Tagliata with Parmesan, Rocket and Vincotto sauce

Directions

  1. Sauté Manzo slightly, until just rare. Then cut into slices.
  2. Drizzle with Vincotto Sauce, then add Parmesan, Rocket leaves and Olive Oil.

    This Japanese beef was special in that there is almost no fat in it. The beef was very soft. The cheese with it was very nice. The Chianti red wine pairing was exceptional.

      Love this dish andalso with fish. In Italy they cook the meat right on the dish over the fire. Great flavor, we do the same and it is one of our favorite dishes.

              Vincotto is another name for Vino Cotto. Authentic Vino Cotto contains no alcohol or vinegar.
