- Slice the meat into thin slices. Put into crock pot and coat with flour. Add the salt, pepper and Mediterranean spiced sea salt. Add the shallots, beef broth and wine. Mix it all together thoroughly.
- Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours. Stirring every hour or so to make sure the meat cooks evenly.
