Beef Stir Fry With Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 x 8 ounce beef fillet steaks, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornflour
  • 1 x Red pepper, sliced
  • 1 x Green pepper, sliced
  • 2 ounce Green beans
  • 1 knob fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds Beansprouts
  • 1 lrg Onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger puree
  • 1 tsp Honey Minced fresh coriander Minced fresh mint Dry seaweed Noodles Chinese leaves Vegetable oil for deep frying

Beef Stir Fry With Noodles

Directions

  1. Deep fry the seaweed in warm oil for a few min, drain on a plate with some kitchen towel and set aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok and when warm add in the green beans, peppers, onions and four slices of ginger.
  3. Cover the slices of beef in cornflour. Add in half the beef to the pan to deep fry, and put the other half in the wok. Stir quickly, adding more oil if needed.
  4. Stir the beansprouts, soy sauce, ginger and ginger puree into the wok. Add in the honey, toasted sesame seeds, coriander and mint.
  5. Put the noodles into the warm fat and remove after a minute or possibly so, when cooked.
  6. Put the stir fry mix into serving dishes. Top one dish with seaweed and the other with deep fried beef. Serve immediately with the noodles.
