Directions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A POT, add in the meat and brown well on both sides.
  2. Remove the meat and pour out the fat.
  3. Replace the meat and add in onion, carrot and Coca-Cola.
  4. Place over medium heat and cook 5 min.
  5. Add in stock and salt, cover and cook for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
  6. Add in the peas and cook another 5 min.
