Ingredients
- Half a kilo of mince beef (can also use the same recipe for chicken or mutton mince)
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 tbs chopped garlic
- 2 tbs chopped ginger
- 1" stick cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 2 tbs of chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup of oil
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a deep frying pan (or kadai) and cook until the water dries up and you can see the oil come up to the top. You can use a little less oil, but then it will be very dry and not so tasty !
