Beef mince fry

Ingredients

  • Half a kilo of mince beef (can also use the same recipe for chicken or mutton mince)
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 tbs chopped garlic
  • 2 tbs chopped ginger
  • 1" stick cinnamon
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 tbs of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • Salt to taste

Beef mince fry

Time: 30 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a deep frying pan (or kadai) and cook until the water dries up and you can see the oil come up to the top. You can use a little less oil, but then it will be very dry and not so tasty !
