  • 5 med Onions, minced Bacon drippings
  • 1 lb Grnd beef Minced parsley Salt Chili pwdr to taste
  • 1 lb Cheese, grated
  • 1 x Carrot, minced
  • 1 x Rib celery, minced Poultry seasoning to taste Pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Tomatoes
  • 1 pkt (10-ounce) macaroni

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in drippings. Add in beef and brown. Add in remaining ingredients, except macaroni, and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni according to directions.
  2. Grease large casserole and layer macaroni, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 about 30 min.
  3. Serves 8-10.
