  • 1 lg. round steak, cut into bite size pcs
  • Flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • Vegetable oil, for browning

Directions

  1. Dust steak pcs with seasoned flour. Add in sufficient vegetable oil in large frying pan to coat bottom. Heat to medium and brown steak quickly and completely. Reduce heat and add in soy sauce. Stir to coat all the pcs. Serve over rice.
