Beef Chow Fun Recipe

Ingredients

• 6 TBSP soy sauce
• 1 TBSP cornstarch
• 1 TBSP cooking sherry
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 16 ounces top sirloin steak, thinly sliced against the grain
• 16 ounces wide flat rice noodles
• 1 TBSP plus 1 TBSP peanut oil
• 2 tsp freshly minced ginger
• 3 medium garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
• salt & pepper
