  • Beef entrecote 120 gr
  • Worcestershire sauce .5 cl
  • Black pepper
  • Watercress 20 gr
  • Julienne tomato 20 gr
  • Shaved parmesan 10 gr
  • Green pepper verdi 5 gr

Directions

  1. a. Sear the beef and cook for a few minutes`, keep blue, leave to cool down and slice.
  2. b. Arrange nicely on the plate and sprinkle with the Worcestershire sauce ,black pepper, salsa verdi.
  3. c. Garnish with the watercress, shaved parmesan and tomato julienne
