Here is a simple beef burrito recipe. You can use any kind of beef that you like, steaks work great. This recipe is just an idea of how little amount of ingredients go a long way. The avocado adds a lot of flavor. You can even switch this recipe up by using chicken instead of beef.

Directions

  1. *Season the beef strips with salt and pepper.
  2. *Dice up the tomatoes, red chilis, green onions.
  3. *Chop up the cilantro.
  4. *Mince the garlic.
  5. *Peel the avocado and place in a bowl. Smash it up.
  6. *In a pan, add a touch of vegetable oil, cook up the beef strips.
  7. *Meanwhile, put the corn tortillas in the microwave, heat up for about 1 minute.
  8. *To serve: Spread the avocado onto the corn tortillas. Add the beef strips and the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Add hot sauce if desired.
