Ingredients

  • 1 lb Hamburger, browned & liquid removed
  • 1 sm Onion, sliced very thin
  • 1/2 c. Celery, sliced
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Oregano
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Rice, cooked Toasted slivered almonds (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine cooked beef and all remaining ingredients except rice and almonds in cooker. Cook on High for 3 hrs. Add in rice and serve with toasted almonds
  2. (optional).
  3. Yields: 6 servings.
