  • 2 c. Chick peas, soaked
  • 1 1/2 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 med Tomato, minced
  • 3 x Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric

Directions

  1. Cook peas ni sufficient water to cover till they are about half done.
  2. Drain them, then add in the coconut lowfat milk to the pot along with the tomato & spices. Continue to boil till the peas are tender. Serve warm with rice.
