  • 400g (about 1/2 packet) bean sprouts - cleaned
  • 30g (one small flat piece) thread fin/kurau salt fish - soaked in water for 10 mins and cubed.
  • 1 packet brown firm taufu - sliced
  • 5 garlic - chopped
  • 1 red chilli - remove seeds and sliced thinly
  • 2 stalks spring onion - sliced into 1 inch length
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt for taste

Directions

  1. In heated oil, fry fish till crunchy and crispy.
  2. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same oil, saute garlic.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients except fried fissh.
  5. Quickly stir and off the heat.
  6. Combine in fried fish.
