Bean And Olive Burritos

Ingredients

  • 4 x fatfree, (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 16 ounce fatfree refried beans
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr
  • 3 ounce (3/4 c.) shredded reduced fat Cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced ripe olives
  • 1 med tomato, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Heat tortillas as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine beans and chili pwdr; heat thoroughly, stirring frequently.
  3. Spread 1/4 of bean mix over each hot tortilla. Top each with cheese and olives; fold over. Garnish top of each with tomato and lowfat sour cream.
